No Second Prances

She's back everyone!!

Ever since last week's preview I've been looking forward to this episode and after seeing I'm glad to see it was definitely worth it.
Starlight and Trixie being friends is a great thing since of them have done wrong in the past(Starlight with Equal Town and fooling with time, Trixie with the Alicorn Amulet). I also liked that Starlight's redemption wasn't as "perfect" as the Season 5 finale made it out to be(like using her magic to make Big Macintosh talk). Trixie being jealous of Twilight has turned up in a good many fanfics but it still makes sense as a motivation. I understood Twilight's caution and uncertainty over to trust Trixie made sense(she hadn't seen her since Magic Duel and while Twi forgave her that didn't mean they were friendly terms).

All and all an enjoyable episode that I will certainly be watching again!
